Building Trades training programs are offered throughout the year for persons receiving Employment Insurance, Social Assistance benefits and through the Opportunities Fund for people with disabilities.
Job Placement and Retention services are available for people with disabilities to provide job search assistance, help in finding work, developing employment opportunities and providing job retention support.
Ontario Works - Employment Placement
Employment Placement services are provided for Ontario Works clients to assist in resume preparation, job search assistance, help with job interview skills and various workshops to help prepare the person to re-enter the workforce.

Learn the basic skills needed to work in the trades in the fields of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and painting and decorating. The skills learned in this program enable our graduates to enter the workforce with the confidence and skills required to be successful.

Assistance is available for Ontario Works clients to develop a resume, job search, link clients with potential employers and prepare for interviews
